Flexatherm, incorporated in 1992 and serving the industries with it's consistent quality, design, manufacturing capability for expansion joints and flexible hoses.
Flexhaterm client base which includes industries from cement, steel, refineries, defence, power generation, pipeline, fertilizers and automobiles & locomotives.
Manufacturing Facilities
The facility has a capacity to manufacture axial, universal, gimble, hinge, pressure balance and fabricated expansion joint of size ranging from 50 NB to any upper range, which could be limited only due to shipping constraints.
R&D
Welding is the most important parameter in a metallic bellow. Life of a bellow significantly depends on the welding quality. Flexatherm has developed various jigs, fixtures and turn tables to obtain uniform welding quality in all sizes/types of bellows. Welding procedure and qualification is in accordance with ASME section IX.

All products are manufacturing as per ISO standarts
Testing
Flexatherm is very rigorous about quality standards of its products. It has developed many testing fixtures to test the performance of the design produced on its software. It is also backed by third party testing agencies for various specific and critical tests.
