About the Company

TM.I.P. S.r.l. - Termomeccanica Industrial Process is a branch of Termomeccanica Group which was established in 1912. In order to combine C.M.G.'s (founded in 1977) know-how with plant engineering and construction technology, TM.I.P. was established towards the end of 2011 and supplies energy and environmental protection and chemical production plants.

TM.I.P. provides correct selection of its technologies to your requirements. Divided in 2 sections, environmental section operates designing and construction of plants for recovery of chemicals and for treatment of contaminated gas and liquid wastes from industrial processes in accordance with emission limits. Production section operates designing and building plants for chemical compounds. TM.I.P is active across a broad spectrum of industry sectors: chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, synthetic leather industry, coated/impegrenated products, adhesive tapes production, printing -painting industry, oil&gas and petrochemical..

Treatment Solutions for Pharmaceutical Sector

TM.I.P. designed and proided incinerators for chlorinated waste liquid and vents for a pharmaceutical factory including heat recovery and fumes treatment.

RTO systems can be designed using different number of ceramic media canisters,depending on flow rate.

Molecular Filtration, Plasticizer Recovery

TM.I.P. has an extensive expertise on plasticizer recovery using molecular filtration such as DOP which is widely used as a solvent with PVC. Liquid pollutants are suspended in a gaseous stream after pre-filteration unit stream passes through filter cartridges and aerosol particles retains on the surface.

Flue Gas Treatment for Mettalurgical Industries

In order to reduce emissions of environmentally hazardous compounds coming from natural gas melting furnaces, arc furnaces, induction furnaces TM.I.P provides Flue Gas Treatment Plants.

Incinerators

For processes which produce untreatable high pollutants in conventional plants, TM.I.P. builds thermal oxidizers working up 1200°C completed with heat recovery system and flue gas cleaning section (dry or wet removal acids).
